Flower and a ploycov!

Summer vacation has started for Na and she is coming up with ideas to keep herself occupied. Some pictures of two of her creations!

She is a great helper when it comes to ensuring that Rad does not get any small item that she can put in her mouth. The other day she got some coins from the TV cabinet. She showed them to me and I asked her to help me put it away. 10 minutes of total silence from the hall saw a frenzied me rush out of the kitchen to see this!

With the help of a pen, my paint brush and the coins she  made this beautiful coin flower 🙂  Next vishu kani, I am so going to borrow this idea 🙂

On Thursday evening, H was late coming back from office. To keep the kids engaged, I threw open the “pandora’s bag” a.k.a lego blocks bag!!  While Na was busy constructing a house, Rad was busy trying to keep the house clean 🙂  Na made a blue and red houe with lots of blue and red flowers and a huge tail! When asked what the tail was, in all seriousness, she said that it was a “polycov” which is like a tunnel and will help you escape from the house should there be robbers in the house/fire/water or soap!!! 🙂

Without further ado, presenting the house with the polycov 🙂
